Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) is an independent, industry-funded body that supports employers, workers, apprentices, and career seekers in the building and construction industry.
This campaign was designed to help Queensland tradies recognise the value of investing in training, built around a simple insight: their most important tool is their skills. The campaign was rolled out across online videos, social media, and outdoor advertising.
The campaign images were taken on a real residential construction site, using real construction workers, so we could communicate in a down-to-earth and relatable way.
